1. Quotes & Cost Estimates
Initial visual evaluations represent estimates only. Releasing final estimates requires digital scanning. All secondary issues detected during repair are updated on quotes via email/call approval before labor commences.
2. Replaced Spare Parts
Clients are billed for spare parts separate from labor package fees. All replaced components are returned to the client at check-out. Unclaimed items are disposed of after 7 days.
3. Service Invoices & Storage
Payments are due in full upon work completion before releasing the vehicle. Completed motorcycles left at the studio beyond 48 hours post-notice are subject to storage charges of ₹300 per day.
4. Transit Pick-up Terms
Our Bangalore pick-up transit van is covered under transit insurance policies. Hurain Bike Service Center is not liable for structural degradation resulting from preexisting frame fatigue.
